The very well known song “Ring of fire”  Was originally sang by Anita carter in 1962.

Everyday I listen to music. I listen to music when I am working, playing video games, cooking dinner, playing with my daughter, talking on the phone, and even to help me fall asleep.
There are some day's when I don't listen to music, but most of the time I listen to it to help me focus on whatever task I am doing. 
For me music is many things. It helps me focus, I use music to tell how I am feeling, and my mood, and something I listen to music as a way to just escape the constant flow of my mind. Personally I love all different kinds of music. There are so many different genres to chose from. 
Rap, rock, hip-hop, blues, soul, jazz, piano, contemporary, indie, metal, and many more. I am always open to listening to new music. Today though I wanted to share a few songs that I have only just recently discovered. Enjoy!



I first heard this song about a week ago. It instantly caught my attention. Between the melody and the lyrics it is an absolutely beautiful song.

I have heard this song a few times. I really couldn't tell you the first time I heard it though. I do know that it caught my attention. this song has a beautiful melody to it. Truth be told its kind of catchy too. 







This is my favorite song right now. I could listen to it on repeat all day long. The melody is beautiful. The lyrics are spot on, and his voice is one of a kind. I highly recommend listening to this song.

How are you tonight? I am doing well. today was a good, and peaceful day. Granted all I did today was play with my daughter, clean up the house, and wash the dishes. (I did get a new vacuum today. very happy about that). Our old vacuum developed a hole in the tubbing. I had tried fixing it with tape, but with no success we finally bought a new one. Other than that I browsed the web here and there. Nothing too crazy. I am currently listening to the yt music app (YouTube) on my phone. Everyone else is in bed. 
I started to think about how much listening to all of my favorite music helps me calm down. I also began to think about how music helps me focus. (Is that just me?) I personally enjoy a variety of music. What I listen to depends on my mood, and state of mind. What kind of music do you like? What's your favorite song? I have a lot of favorite songs!
